About Me
A Father & A Visionary Man
As I reflect on the path that has led me to where I am today, I cannot help but feel a profound sense of gratitude for the legacy of service and commitment that runs deep in my veins. Born on May 26, 1964, to Atty. Francisco Y. Torres and Lydia Diasnes Torres, I was raised in an environment where dedication to public service was not just encouraged; it was a way of life.
My parents, both revered figures in Bago City and Dumangas, Iloilo, instilled in me the values of integrity, perseverance, and compassion from a very young age.
Programs & Activities
I have launched several impactful programs focused on environmental sustainability, community development, health and education enhancement, and economic growth, enriching the lives of Bago City’s residents.
